Lead Standards
Proposed launch policy — shown as a proposal until adopted in the Buyer Terms.
A request is deliverable when it matches the agreed campaign criteria and carries the origin and permission records it needs.
Excluded before delivery
- Fake or clearly invalid contact details.
- Manifestly inconsistent data.
- Minors.
- Projects outside the agreed area.
- Requests already delivered to the same buyer within the agreed window.
- Any objection or withdrawal received before delivery.
Duplicates
A duplicate is the same person, the same project and the same buyer. The proposed window is 30 days and stays configurable per campaign. A matching phone number does not prove that a request is not duplicated elsewhere in the market. One person may have two distinct projects; that is not a duplicate.
Timestamps
Each record keeps capture, qualification and delivery times as ISO timestamps with a time zone. The maximum age at delivery is agreed per campaign.
Permissions
Permissions are stored by channel and by recipient. No record is labeled “authorized for any channel”, and a generic “partners” consent is not treated as universal.
Review policy (proposed)
- Within 7 calendar days of delivery.
- Documented reason: duplicate, invalid contact or missing agreed criterion.
- “No answer”, “chose a competitor” or “did not sign” are not sufficient alone.
- A phone-qualified lead without a completed conversation does not meet that level.
- No universal automatic refund is promised; credits follow the agreed terms.
